A great shot of construction progress at the St Clair home we are working on with the W Hamilton Building team here in Dunedin, showing the first-floor level formed up and ready for the concrete pour.
What’s not immediately evident is the complex cast-in-situ concrete primary structure, which will rise to three storeys, with a web of steel structure hanging off it to support cantilevered floors up to 7 meters deep.
Not to mention the stunning 180-degree views right across Dunedin and St Clair Beach out to the Pacific Ocean.
